Doula Services 

I'm excited to provide doula services exclusively for my Hypnobabies students.  As a highly experienced Hypnobabies Instructor since 2017, I have the knowledge and skills to support my students during their birthing time and help them use all the hypno-tools and cues we learn during my Hypnobabies classes.  

As a birth doula, I accompany women in their birthing time to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience.  I support women planning hospital, birth center, and home births.  I am a registered Hypno-Doula through Hypnobabies® and a Hypnobabies® Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor.  I have had the pleasure of teaching for six years, as well as using Hypnobabies® for the birth of my own five children.  I draw on my professional training as a doula and childbirth educator, knowledge, and experience to provide emotional support, physical comfort and, as needed, communication with the staff to make sure you have the information you need to make informed decisions as they arise during your birthing time.  I can provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for birthing time progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning, hypnosis deepening, and other techniques for comfort.  

As a Hypno-doula, I am specifically trained to offer support during the birth by using only Hypnobabies language and techniques at all times.  I can also be a liaison for the family with hospital staff, explaining my clients need darkness, solitude and quiet, and help keep distraction to a minimum.  I can use hypnotic Deepening techniques with the Hypno-mom, for use in Transformation (transition) stage, as well as help with Fear Clearing and hypno-cues during your Birthing Time.  When a birthing time slows or is stalled, I can assist with the "Strengthen My Birthing Time" track to help birthing waves become stronger and/or more consistent.  My calm presence and Hypnobabies knowledge make me an ideal doula for all of my Hypnobabies students.  

I currently only accept 1-2 Hypno-Doula clients a month, so booking early is advised.
